Mountain cabins for all seasons - a stones throw from the fjord

At Standaleidet we are selling 49 cabins and 21 plots of land. The cabins are situated in the immediate area of "Standalhytta", which belongs to the Ålesund skiing club.

We have built a high standard water and sewerage system and there is good mobile phone reception in the area

Parking for plot owners will be on their own plots, whilst ready-built cabins share a common parking area. There is plenty of guest parking on the main road.

We have constructed a jetty out into "Standalvatnet", and the beach was expanded in the summer of 2008. 10km of skitrack will be prepared at Standaleidet.

All plots are ready for construction. The ready-built cabins are built after they are ordered. A build time of one year must be expected.

The developers of the project can assist you in renting out your cabin while it is not in use. This makes a cabin not only a great holiday home, but a very good investment.
